1. Current Scope of Service

reoXapp is currently built and tested for house slab takeoffs — both conventional slab-on-ground and waffle-pod (POD) slab systems — as well as shed slabs, retaining walls, pools, and other small-scale takeoffs. Multi-level structures are still under construction and are not yet supported; please contact Reo & Steel directly for these jobs.

2. Automated Estimation Only

All rebar schedules, bar mark allocations, cut and bend lists, mesh requirements, structural section quantifications, and product breakdowns generated by reoXapp are automated estimations derived from user-uploaded plans and parameter inputs. The software operates as an assistive digital tool and does not constitute or replace professional structural engineering, quantity surveying, or detail drafting services. All outputs are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

3. Input Quality & Document Interpretation Limitations

reoXapp's processing accuracy depends entirely on the clarity, scale, resolution, and legibility of uploaded documents. The app does not guarantee accurate extraction or calculations when handling hand-drawn sketches, low-resolution raster files, incomplete architectural or structural sets, uncalibrated PDF scales, ambiguous notations, or non-standard CAD conventions. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that uploaded plans are clear, accurately scaled, and complete.

4. Standard Compliance & Engineering Verification

Outputs generated by reoXapp are not pre-certified for structural integrity or regulatory compliance. Users, structural engineers, steel detailers, and contractors must independently review, verify, and confirm all:

• Bar marks, designations, and quantities
• Cut lengths, bend shapes, and hook dimensions
• Lap lengths, anchorage lengths, and development lengths
• Mesh, bar chairs, spacers, and accessory quantities
• Compliance with relevant local building codes and standard specifications (including AS/NZS 4671, AS 3600, AS 5100, ACI 318, Eurocode 2, or other applicable regional standards)

5. Limitation of Liability & Hold Harmless

Under no circumstances shall reoXapp, its developers, parent company, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use this software. This includes, without limitation:

• Costs associated with incorrect material orders, fabrication errors, or re-fittings
• Material overages, shortages, or scrap waste
• Site delays, labor standing time, or liquid damages
• Structural failures, design misinterpretations, or regulatory non-compliance

By using reoXapp, you acknowledge and agree that final responsibility for material procurement, fabrication verification, and site placement rests solely with the qualified professionals overseeing the project.
